The story behind is:

Yuuki wanted kitties.... really clingy all "nyaah~ nyaahh~~" kitties.
And what better than cosplay kitties if there's no real ones around? XD

Of course, Kaname can't help but fulfill any of her wishes, terribly embarrassing at it may be for a pureblood prince to pull such a stunt... XD
Zero is mumbling "Stop this already Kuran, you're embarrassing me!!" (Oh, but he's not taking off the kitty ears anyway. 8D *lol*)
Zero let her put the ears on him, but he refuses to do any bouncing or mewing, much to Yuuki's complaining. XD

Kaname might regret his choice later... Yuuki is all delighted and taking photos, and those will be quite embarrassing later if others see... 8D
