Firefly + Serenity - River Tamby *Sagakure

Digital Art / Drawings / Fanart / TV & Movies

River Tam from the TV series Firefly and movie Serenity.

It's the first time I draw something like that for a western fandom, it feels almost strange.

; *lol* (Especially because it's live action, while here it's an illustration. XD; Oh well. *lol*)

In case you don't know the series : River is far from being normal, and so I did that background to give the idea that it's in a certain way, her mind. All exterior appearances are pretty and soft, but actually, it's breaking apart / not right inside. ^^/

I like that.... "It's not right inside." Sound like a River-ism. (stares off into distance looking riveresque)

Maybe it's everyone else who's not right inside, and she's the one who's right...

Ahm gonna take mah meds now and talk normallike. But kudos on a pretty picture. It's sad, but searching for Firefly stuff gets very few pics of River that are fitting.
