Ayanami Rei from Evangelion.

I saw this lovely set of figures: [link] and found that Rei so cute I had to draw a fanart of her in that outfit.
But I'm addicted to cute little leggings, so I ended up modifying a few details on the design of the clothes.

Dunno if there will be an Asuka some day. Maybe.
(I'm not an Evangelion fan but I really like those two. )
